1. 通过组织制定并监督实施年度、季度、月度计划,定期巡视,组织培训,开展主题活动,宣传和贯彻落实各项工作标准,以提升团队顾客服务的水平,保证持续提供高质量的会员服务。
Ensure the execution of club’s standardized work procedures by completing and implementing annual, quarterly and monthly plans, regularly inspect and supervise, coaching and initiating training, so as to lifting the team’s good service to members and ensure the consistent high quality members service. 
2. 宣传、解释、传递公司相关政策并组织相关培训,有效执行公司的各项标准程序,监督各部门的具体实施,确保楼面、后仓达到公司的陈列标准,以及商品的运作符合公司的程序;控制安全事故的发生,确保达到公司的安全标准和食品安全卫生标准。
Regularly promote, explain, coach and supervise proper implementation of corporate policies, and organize necessary trainings; ensure the department to follow standardized work procedures. Ensure the display in sales floor, storage area, and merchandise processing is in line with corporate standards; Control business risk by keeping safety and food hygiene guidelines.
3. 分析各类销售报告,及时把握商品销售机会,促进各部门销售及利润的最大化。
Analyze Utilize various reports to timely seek out the sales opportunities and push the teams’ sales and profit to the maximum extend.
4. 分配销售目标到所辖各部门,通过进行市场调查并制定相应竞争策略,关注采购信息,结合店内特色并相应调整商品订货、生产、促销等计划,定期回顾报告和记录,以期达成公司营运期望目标。
Allocate sales budgets to departments; develop competition strategies with accurate market and merchandise information. Drive departments to reach sales budget by adapting logistics, production and promotion plan, as well as reviewing records and reports to determine compliance with Company Operational expectations.
5. 通过现场巡视,审阅报告,监督相关标准的执行,确保高质量的顾客服务和顺畅运作。
By on-spot inspection, auditing reports and supervision on execution of procedures.
6. 通过与总部等相关职能部门的沟通协调,定期检查相关设备,并安排相关授权人员的系统知识培训,以确保公司系统的正常运作。与总部各部门合作推行项目来不断优化营运效能。
Ensure to co-work with the related functional HO departments by regularly checking and maintaining the equipment, arranging and providing trainings on system knowledge to authorized staffs. Interface with HO departments to implement projects to improve operational efficiency continuously.
7. 执行有关资产保护及风险控制政策并有效控制各项费用开支。
Ensure assess protection, food safety, and risk prevention policies implementation, control and save various expenses. 
8. 建立和推行员工激励机制,在部门内营造公平透明的沟通氛围,实践公仆领导,不断提高员工士气。
Create and pursue incentive plan for associates, build up fair and transparent communication in department, practice public servant leadership, constantly enhance associates’ morale.
9. 制定和实施人员发展培训计划,建立人才发展梯队,以满足公司业务拓展的人才需求,有计划性地激励和提高员工的专业水平,以保证持续提供高质量的会员服务。
Draft and execute associates’ training and development plan, establish talent development echelon, to meet the people requirements for company business expanding; plan well to motivate staffs and improve the technical skill levels, to ensure consistent high quality of member services.
