职位描述
岗位职责：
1. Work with business lead to determine the upcoming work demands.
2. Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies under minimal supervision.
3. Manage delivery of solutions in support of key initiatives by working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Team members, Infrastructure Engineers, Security Architects and Engineers, and other partners or vendors.
4. Break down barriers and shields the team from impediments that hinder progress against sprints and Program Increments.
5. Work within and across teams to prioritize, plan, and execute work.
6. Manage and tracks team velocity, financials, and other KPIs.
7. Assign resources to activities and monitors delivery metrics.
8. Manage and escalates risks, issues, and changes tied to delivery.
9. Proactive demand planning to avoid under or over resource utilization.
岗位要求：
1. Overall 5 years of experience in software engineering domain.
2. 2+ year software development using Agile methodologies and work experience as scrum master.
3. Know Scrum framework and Agile mindset/practice.
4. Analytical, problem-solving, time-management and communication skills.
5. Interested in cutting-edge technology and agile practice, and willing to grow rapidly.
6. Know SAFe module is plus.
7. Bachelor's degree or above, good English verbal and written communication skills.
