职位描述
职责描述：
1. PTU, RDU and electronic AWD system packaging, performance definition
2. Engineering & Release of Mechanical AWD and electronic AWD systems on normal vehicle and PHEV/EV
3. AWD system performance calculation and system validation
4. Guide and control related supplier to provide high quality deliverables on time
5. Propose design solution and validate product, finalize production preparation for product lunching
6. Lead creation of engineering standards and requirements on related components
7. Cost and weight reduction in concept phase, design and quality improvement in development phase
8. Support the development and execution of a robust quality driven product development process
任职要求：
1. More than 5 years’ experience of AWD system design/development in automotive OEM or AWDstem supplier
2. Detail know-how on optimize AWD hardware/software requirement definition to improve vehicle performance
3. Experienced on Engineering & Release of foundation AWD system, familiar with AWD related electronic knowledge and AWD system calibration
4. Familiar with the integration of AWD system and vehicle EE control
5. Fluent in English speaking and professional in English writing skills
6. Bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent
7. C1 drive licens
