职责描述：
1. Responsible for plant investment budget
工厂投资预算管理
2. Responsible for vehicle production cost calculation
整车生产成本测算
3. Maintain standard cost and periodically review the BOM
开展标准成本制定，定期组织修订标准成本
4. Analyze the standard cost variance and lead business department to cost down activities
开展标准成本差异分析，引导各部门开展成本改善工作
5. Prepare plant budget and control the cost based on the approved budget
编制工厂预算，依据预算开展管控工作
6. Prepare cost variance analysis report and report to management
编制成本差异分析报告，向管理层汇报
7. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leaders
领导安排的其他任务
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree and above in Finance/Accounting
财务或会计本科及以上学历
2. Min. 5 years’ experience in controlling function, e.g. budget control, plant control, especially in manufacturing company using SAP CO module
至少5年的控制工作经验，如预算控制，工厂成本控制，特别是在工厂的经验且使用SAP CO模块
3. Good English ability
